I grew up in Cary, NC playing soccer and otherwise enjoying nature. I started at UNC Chapel Hill in 2016, where I am working towards my BS in Biology with a double minor in Spanish for the Health Professions and Chemistry. I’m interested in pursuing a career in dentistry. I began working with the Bahnson Research group in the Fall of 2017 studying the targeted delivery of cinnamic aldehyde using nanoparticles to inhibit arterial restenosis. It has been amazing working with the Bahnson group so far and exploring science through research!
